I started creating coloured pencil paintings as a summer hobby in middle school and continued until I graduated high school. During my undergraduate studies in law, I began experimenting with digital art, which I found very interesting and more accommodating to my everyday schedule. It took me a while to find sources of inspiration to work on, but I finally got there! A combination of exploring legal matters, watching some amazing artists’ works, reading novels and writing down whatever came to my mind brought me a cauldron of ideas. Now, my aim is to create expressive artworks, whether they capture a complex legal or ethical dilemma I study or depict simple moments in life I appreciate. I am still early in this stage, and as I find my way through art, I hope to continue my studies in IP and IT law and delve deeper into how law, creativity and technology weave together.
